The following digital Products are covered by these Terms:

• Mastering Spanish Real Estate (online course): A comprehensive 14-module online course providing practical education on buying, analysing, and managing real estate in Spain. The course includes video lessons, downloadable resources, assignments, templates, calculators, and a certificate of completion.

• Guide to Real Estate in Spain (digital book): A digital guide covering the key aspects of the Spanish real estate market, including buying processes, legal considerations, taxes, and investment strategies.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing our Products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our Products are intended for individuals seeking educational information about Spanish real estate and are not intended for minors.

4. Purchases and Payment

All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Where applicable, VAT or other local taxes may be added to the purchase price in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.

5. Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased Product(s) via the details provided at checkout or by email. Digital products are delivered electronically and access is granted immediately or within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

Access to the Mastering Spanish Real Estate course is provided through our learning platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and may not share your account with others.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

As our Products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, your right of withdrawal may be limited under applicable consumer protection law. By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• If you are based in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by accessing the digital content before the 14-day period expires, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon accessing it.

• No refunds will be issued once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed, except where required by applicable law.

• If you have not yet accessed the content, you may request a cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at the email address listed in section 14.
