Can I use this course to buy a property to live in myself?

Yes. The course is built around the Spanish market and takes you through every step of the process, from analysing projects to visiting properties, and making an offer. The final assignment sets a target of purchasing a property within three months of completing the course.

Do I need to live in Spain or speak Spanish to buy a property?

It covers the legal and tax landscape for residents and non-residents, the documents you will need, and how to manage a property remotely if you live abroad or simply prefer to outsource it. How much money do I need to get started?

There is no single answer, because the course covers multiple strategies, from buying your first and only property, rentals to co-buying with partners. One of the modules specifically addresses how to work with other people's money, so a lack of capital is not automatically a barrier.
